What we collect

When you fill in a form or book a call, we collect what you give us: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we hold the details you share in that conversation. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to understand how the site is performing.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and keep in touch about things we think will be relevant to your business. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or simply telling us. We will never sell your information.

Where it's stored

Enquiries and bookings are managed in our CRM system. Our website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to keep it secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and for up to six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies needed for features like our booking calendar and contact forms to work. With your consent, we also use advertising and analytics cookies, including the Meta pixel and Google tags, to measure how the site is used and to show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google. You can accept or decline these when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
